Cancel By Phone
To cancel your Travel Republic booking via phone call you need to do the following.
- You will need your reference number, your booking number and your last name ready to inform the member of Travel Republic staff to help them identify your booking.
- You can call the cancellation team on 0208 974 7200
- Once on the phone to the cancellation team you need to provide all the relevant information required.
- Then explain the reasons for cancellation and the team member will inform you of how much of the booking fees will be refundable.
Cancel Online
The first thing you need to do when cancelling your Travel Republic booking online is go to their website. You can find their website by searching Travel Republic.
Once on the website you need to click on the ‘Sign In/Booking’ option on the far right hand corner of the site.
Once you have opened this tab you need to click on the ‘Booking Lookup’ tab. You then need to enter your Reference number, your Booking Number and your last name.
You will be able to cancel your booking by selecting the ‘Auto Cancel’ option. It will inform you of how much you will be able to be refunded and how much in cancellation fees you must pay (this will just be taken out of your refund and if your booking costs less than the fee you just won’t receive a refund, you will not be charged for the cancellation fee).
