Cancel by Phone
A quick and easy way to cancel your Admiral car insurance policy is over the phone. You can do this by following the steps below:
- You should have all your account details to hand such as your policy number, any information relating to your No Claims and any claims.
- You will then need to call 0333 220 2033 and listen to the menu options – if you are at the point of renewal and you’re hoping to cancel, press 1. If you are wanting to cancel at any other point in your contract, press 2.
- You will then be put through to an adviser who can help you cancel your contract.
To cancel your Admiral car insurance online, use the following steps.
Go to the website, and click ‘existing customers’.
You will then be asked to select a product, and you can click ‘single car insurance’
You will then see a drop-down menu, where you can tick make a change to your policy.
You will need to click update policy online, and you will see the following screen, and you can choose the option of ‘cancellation’.
You then need to choose whether you’d like to cancel your policy or cancel the renewal if it is coming to your renewal period.
