If you would like to cancel your Hertz reservation via phone call you need to follow the below instructions.
- For the Hertz team to identify your reservation you need to have your confirmation number and last name ready to tell the representative.
- Next, you need to call the Hertz cancellation team on 020 7365 3369
- Give the representative all the information needed to identify your reservation.
- Explain why you need to cancel or change your reservation and then your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancel Online
You can cancel your reservation online on the Hertz website. The first thing you need to do is search for Hertz.
Once on the website, you will see a ‘book a car’ area, there is a second tab called ‘View/Modify/Cancel a Reservation’ you need to click on this tab to see its options.
