Cancel Via Phone Call
To cancel your recent Urban Outfitters order via phone call you can follow the simple steps below.
- You will need your order number and billing postcode which you will have to give to the member of Urban Outfitters staff.
- You can call the Urban Outfitters customer service team on 0800 988 7726
- Once you are on the phone with the Urban Outfitters customer service team you need to tell them you wish to cancel your recent order.
- You will need to provide the order number and your billing postcode, your order will then be cancelled if possible.
The first thing you need to do it go to the Urban Outfitters website and select the sign in button on the top right of the screen.
You will need to sign into the account you purchased the products with. If you were not signed in to your account when you made your purchase you can sign into your account and use the ‘Find my order’ service. You need your email and your password to sign into your account.
Once you are logged in you need to scroll over the ‘my account’ option then select the ‘order history’ button.
